    It is a good way for students to have access to money but I am not sure about using credit cards.

    Citi Bank should be ashamed at trying to dupe college students with such offers. Credit cards are NEVER a good idea for college students, unless they have a very wealthy mommy or daddy who is paying off the balance monthly. Otherwise they will just get college students into trouble! Most students take on enough debt with college loans, why would they want more debt?
